For people who love fishing, nothing beats a great day on the water. Unlike tournament anglers, fishing enthusiasts are out there for the experience. Catching a massive fish is a bonus — not a must. Angling isn’t their only interest. They don’t fish every day or every weekend. But when it’s time to fish, they want to enjoy it to the fullest. They expect their fish finder to enable the experience they’re after — not to complicate it. They want to turn it on and be confident it’s going to put them on fish.
Solution
Through our campaign message and visuals, we position XPLORE as an intuitive, easy-to-use fish finder that prioritizes the user experience over technical complexity. The ultra-simple user interface, waypoint management and other enhancements serve as proof points, but the fishing experience takes the lead. This product launch transforms fish finders from the perceived “complex technical devices” into adventure-enablers that optimize anglers’ time on the water without becoming a frustrating distraction.
