As daily life becomes busier and more distracting, meaningful moments of connection are harder to find. Attention has fragmented, and with it, the sense of awe and curiosity that once came naturally has begun to fade. Even in-person, family destinations now compete with a constant stream of screens. For the Zoo, the challenge wasn’t just to get people through the gates — it was to reignite their sense of awe when they arrived.
