Swanson Russell announces four promotions:
Megan Carroll, promoted to digital producer. She joined the Lincoln office in 2012 as a project manager and was named associate digital producer in 2015. Carroll has worked on the Propane Education & Research Council (PERC) account, as well as on several outdoor recreation account teams including Leupold, SIG SAUER and Hodgdon. A native of Mansfield, Texas, Carroll graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor’s degree in public relations. She received a master’s degree in marketing, communication studies and advertising from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.
Katie Divine Turner, promoted to senior designer in the Omaha office. She started at Swanson Russell in 2011 as an associate designer and has worked on almost every account on the Omaha office’s roster, which includes agriculture, healthcare and regional clients. Divine Turner is originally from Raymond, Nebraska, and holds a bachelor’s degree in graphic design from the University of South Dakota.
Jess Lightner, promoted to account manager in the Omaha office. In her past roles as a project manager and senior project manager, Lightner has worked on the AgriClear, Do Space, FMC and Reinke account teams. Originally from Albion, Nebraska, she has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln in business administration/marketing.
Charlie Stephan, promoted to associate creative director. In his nearly ten years as a writer/producer in the Lincoln office, Stephan has worked on many regional and national accounts, including Union Bank & Trust, Runza, Minn Kota and Bad Boy. The Lincoln native holds a bachelor’s degree in advertising/public relations from Texas Christian University.
