A commercial produced by Swanson Russell on behalf of their client Minn Kota won 2015 Best Commercial at the 16th Annual Outdoor Sportsman Awards held Jan. 21 in Las Vegas.

Three Swanson Russell clients, Leupold, Minn Kota and Nosler, were among the 14 commercials considered for the award. Minn Kota was ultimately honored as the winner with “Ulterra™ Launch Ramp” promoting their new Ulterra bow-mount trolling motor.

“The Annual Outdoor Sportsman Awards recognize the best national advertising in outdoor television. This marks the second year in a row that one of our clients has won Best Commercial,” said Brian Boesche, partner and chief creative officer at Swanson Russell. “It is a great honor to have our client Minn Kota selected as this year’s top winner. We are also very proud to have our work for Leupold and Nosler also considered.”

Sponsored by the Outdoor Channel and Sportsman Channel, the Outdoor Sportsman Awards aim to recognize superior outdoor television production. The awards ceremony was held during the National Shooting Sports Foundation’s annual Shooting, Hunting and Outdoor Trade Show (SHOT Show) and Conference.
