Runza is a long-standing partner of Husker athletics. Fans can buy a Runza sandwich at Memorial Stadium to warm up at a cold November home game, see Runza signage on stadium walls and take part in halftime sandwich-wrapping competitions. These billboards were created to celebrate the Huskers’ entrance into the Big Ten Conference – and inform visiting Big Ten fans where they could find the best meal in town.
