Swanson Russell Hires Jarrett, Schofield, Shotkoski, and Kinser; Promotes Rogers

LINCOLN, Neb., (May 21, 2008) – Swanson Russell announces the addition of Stephanie Jarrett, John Schofield, Jeralee Shotkoski and Jessica Kinser to the account service department in its Lincoln, Neb. office, as well as the promotion of Brooke Rogers.

Formerly an account coordinator, Rogers’ promotion to associate account manager was due to her success in project management, team building and maintaining exceptional client relationships. She works on the Woolrich, BryanLGH Medical Center and Nebraska Bankers Association accounts. She is a native of Columbus, Neb.

A native of Wahoo, Neb., Jarrett has been named an account manager for Rain Bird and Otterbine Barebo, clients in the turf care industry. She previously worked as an account executive for Kirschenbaum Bond + Partners in New York City, an account supervisor/art director for the minnow PROJECT in Lincoln and an adjunct professor at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She received a bachelor’s degree in advertising and art from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Previously a copywriter at Swanson Russell, Schofield returns as an account manager for clients in the turf care industry, including Scotts and Profile Products. In his time away from Swanson Russell, he worked as an account director at Snitily Carr in Lincoln. A native of Shelton, Neb., he received a Bachelor of Journalism degree in advertising from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Kinser and Shotkoski work as account coordinators. Primary responsibilities include daily oversight of client jobs and serving as a liaison for communication between the client and the agency.

Kinser previously worked for Lincoln Public Schools (LPS) in the administrative office, assuming sole responsibility for the Web site and newsletter. She also worked for Lincoln Benefit Life and The Broadcast House as talent and board operator, associate producer and promotions assistant. A native of Port St. Lucie, Fla., Kinser earned a Bachelor of Journalism degree in broadcasting from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with concentrations in English, history and music. In 2007, Kinser was honored by LPS as a Gold Star Recipient.

Originally from Central City, Neb., Shotkoski graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor of Journalism degree in advertising. During her time at the university, she served as both president and treasurer of the student Ad Club. She has completed internships with Smart Chicken, Nebraska Bookstore and the Nebraska Lottery. Most recently, she was an area manager for National Research Corporation in Lincoln.
