Swanson Russell Wins PRSA Awards of Excellence
Lincoln, Neb. (Dec. 29, 2008) - Swanson Russell received two Awards of Excellence at the Nebraska Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Paper Anvil awards banquet, held Dec. 11 in Omaha.
Swanson Russell also earned an Award of Merit. The 2008 awards were given for work completed after Oct. 1, 2007, in the areas of public relations and communications. Entries were judged on meeting stated goals and achieving results.
One Award of Excellence came in the Public Relations Campaign category for Brownells (www.brownells.com), a leading supplier of firearm accessories. The second Award of Excellence was received in the Integrated Marketing Campaign category for clients Humminbird and Minn Kota. Humminbird (www.humminbird.com) manufactures electronic fishfinders, and Minn Kota (www.minnkotamotors.com) makes trolling motors for fishing.
The Award of Merit was won in the Public Relations Campaign category for Great Plains Regional Medical Center (www.gprmc.com), a client based in North Platte, Neb.
