SRA Wins Prestigious Health Care Marketing Awards

LINCOLN, Neb. (June 26, 2007) - Swanson Russell Associates, Nebraska’s largest marketing communications firm, recently won 10 awards in the 24th Annual Health Care Advertising Awards competition.  The number of entries this year exceeded 4,300.

The Health Care Advertising Awards is the oldest, largest and most widely respected health care advertising awards competition.  The awards are sponsored by Health Care Marketing Report, which is the leading publication covering all aspects of health care marketing, advertising and strategic business development.

Winners of the prestigious awards included SRA clients BryanLGH, Great Plains Regional Medical Center, Mercy Iowa City and University of Southern California (USC) University Hospital.

BryanLGH won a gold award for the “Dale” Cardiac television spot, two silver awards for its foundation letterhead and “Lincoln’s Newest Hospital” newspaper insert, and an award of merit for its Medical Center Web site. 

Great Plains Regional Medical Center and Mercy Iowa City both won silver awards.  Great Plains Regional Medical Center won for its radio series and Mercy Iowa City won for the “Primary Care” television spot.

USC University Hospital won two silver awards and two awards of merit.  The silver awards were for the “Colorectal” radio spot and its radio series.  The awards of merit were given for the “Imagine” print ad and “3TMRI” radio spot.
