Two Health Care Leaders Choose SRA for Marketing Communications Services

LINCOLN, Neb. (May 15, 2007) - Swanson Russell Associates (SRA) has won the assignment to provide marketing communications services for Tenet Health Care Corporation and the Cardiovascular-Thoracic Institute at the Keck School of Medicine, which is the medical school of the University of Southern California (USC).

Tenet Health Care Corporation, the parent corporation of USC’s University Hospital and Creighton University Medical Center, is the second largest for-profit health care corporation in the United States.  Based in Dallas, Tenet operates more than 70 hospitals in 13 states.  SRA will work on marketing campaigns promoting gender-specific artificial knee joint replacements at 18 California hospitals.

SRA will provide the Keck School of Medicine with communications services for its new Cardiovascular Thoracic Institute (CVTI).  Initial work includes a market assessment, logo development and marketing launch plan.  CVTI is headed by world-renowned surgeon Vaughn Starnes, M.D., who has performed more living donor transplants than any other surgeon.
