The food was good, the theme was fun and the after party was even more fun, but my favorite part was seeing the work. It initially increased productivity and enabled focus. However, as popular culture states, cubicles became a symbol of isolation and uniformity. This is true in the creative field – there is something that dies inside a square structure covered in gray fabric.
